Many advocates in the industry will charge between 2 and 3% for their full service. We on the other hand prefer to offer a more competitive fee that will encourage long term relationships and referrals from friends and family to help grow our business.
Due to a number of different service requirements we generally recommend a flat fee of approximately 1.8% of your budget. The minimum fee is as low as $5,950 for our full service.
We like to prove ourselves before asking for the full payment. To begin the process we will only ask for an administration fee of 15% with the balance payable only when we have successfully purchased the right property for you.
